We understand that plans can change, and we have established this Refund Policy to address cancellations and service adjustments. Refunds are generally applicable if a service is cancelled before the cargo has been dispatched from our facility or a partner warehouse.
Once a shipment is in transit, refunds for the base shipping costs are not available. However, if a guaranteed delivery service (such as Express) fails to meet its deadline due to factors within our control, a partial refund or service credit may be issued. All refund requests must be submitted in writing through our official support channels within 14 days of the transaction.
Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by customs hold-ups, incorrect addressing by the shipper, or Force Majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or global health crises). Fees for specialized services, such as customs brokerage or hazardous material handling, are non-refundable once the service has been performed.
