All shipments must comply with local and international laws. Clients are responsible for providing accurate descriptions of goods, including weight, value, and hazardous material status. Bspeed Delivery reserves the right to inspect any cargo and refuse services for items that violate our safety or legal standards.
Bspeed Delivery's liability for loss or damage is limited to the terms specified in the individual transport contract. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses. Any claims for damages must be filed within 30 days of the expected delivery date, accompanied by all necessary supporting documentation.
